1. Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability. Full or partial payment may be required. Management may refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
2. Admission
All participants must sign a waiver. Minors require a parent or guardian. Grip socks and suitable clothing are required.
3. Health and safety
Participants must follow staff instructions. Persons with medical conditions, pregnancy or injuries should not participate without medical advice.
4. Risk acknowledgement
Inflatable and active play involves inherent risks including slips, falls and collisions. Participants voluntarily assume these risks.
5. Parent responsibility
Parents remain responsible for supervising children unless otherwise stated.
6. Code of conduct
No fighting, abusive behaviour, intoxication, vandalism or unsafe conduct. Offenders may be removed without refund.
7. Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to Bouncemania policy. Force majeure may require rescheduling.
8. Refunds
Refunds are only available where required by law or approved under venue policy.
9. Photography
Photographs or CCTV may be used for security and marketing with appropriate consent for identifiable children, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Bouncemania Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Bouncemania excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Lost property
Items are left at owners' risk. Lost property may be retained for a limited period.
13. Food
Outside food may only be permitted for approved party bookings or dietary requirements.
14. Intellectual property
All logos, trademarks, website content and branding remain the property of Bouncemania.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be negotiated in good faith before submission to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
16. Acknowledgement
By purchasing a ticket, making a booking or entering the venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
